临床意义
Annexin A1基因在毛细胞白血病（HCL）中上调，其蛋白表达对HCL有特异性，是鉴定HCL非常有用的标志物。其他B细胞淋巴瘤包括含绒毛样病变的淋巴瘤均为阴性。Annexin A1在食管及食管胃交界处的腺癌中也存在表达。此外， Annexin A1还被发现对乳腺癌细胞热致DNA损伤具有保护作用，提示它参与肿瘤抑制和保护活性，并与治疗耐药有关。此抗体用于辅助临床对于毛细胞白血病的诊断及食管和胃食管交界处腺癌的预后。
