临床意义
CK8是胚胎形成早期产生的中间丝蛋白。它是唯一在呼吸道、胃肠道、生殖系统和甲状腺大量单层上皮表达的II型CK。 CK8一般与CK18一起表达。 CK8抗体常用于研究单层上皮来源的腺癌。 CK8在小叶癌和导管癌中染色模式不一样，小叶癌中呈核旁染色，而导管癌中呈细胞质周缘染色。
